Building Sustainable Lifestyles in
Youth, Families and Our Community
Our Programs
FECH’s two programs: the Sustainable Sciences Internship for Youth and the Sustainable Families Program are innovative interventions in preventing substance misuse in youth and families. Using gardening as a platform, participants learn skills in sustainable agriculture and how to “belong by contributing” in one’s family and community relationships.
